ORDER PROCESSING

The request for orders will be made through the online live help button. Upon receipt, the order will be electronically forwarded to the fulfilment centre for picking, packing & dispatch. SBG Euro will pick and pack all orders received (subject to stock availability) within 1 working day of data file receipt using agreed delivery service. Packing of all items will be undertaken manually and all orders will be packed into the most suitable outer packaging (from a range quoted for this activity) in order to protect the products from damage during transit. Selecting the packaging on an order by order basis in this way allows the warehouse staff to utilise their experience and ensure a balance between effective protection and cost effective solutions.

PRODUCT DESPATCHES.

Orders for multiple items will be secured together by strapping where possible within weight limits and operational constraints. On occasions when this is not possible multiple orders will be dispatched as multiple individual orders.

It is common for any product returns (i.e. not known at address, no-one in, damaged in transit, etc.) to be returned to the fulfilment suppliers facility. If the prize is defective please contact the customer service department, within forty-eight (48) hours of having received your package. You will be required to return the broken or defective item in its original shipping and manufacturer packaging. You must return the defective item to the Return Address on the original packaging. Once the item is received by our warehouse, your replacement package will be shipped promptly. If for some reason the identical item is no longer available, customer will be contacted with a suitable alternative. If the item is not returned in its original shipping and manufacturer packaging a replacement is not possible. Note: If you do not return the defective item within two (2) weeks of receipt of package, you will forfeit the replacement of the item.

Can items be exchanged?

Does the item come with a warranty?

Yes, depending on the manufacturer. The warranty associated with the item will be the manufacturer's exchange warranty and is generally included with the item instructions. Players should contact the manufacturer if the item is faulty and beyond the specified storefront refund policy.

I received a product that was broken or defective. What do I do?

No, please make sure to provide a physical address and telephone number for shipping. Couriers do not ship to P.O. Boxes; any attempt to ship to a P.O. Box will cause significant delays in receiving your item.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled from our system. We have no way to implement a cancellation as it would also involve the refunding of the players points.

Please note that your order may take additional 3 to 10 business days to ship out from our fulfilment center (s). Some products may not be available for International shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping products to all geographical locations. In addition, all items must be shipped to a physical address (no deliveries to P.O. Box).

Due to customs duties and taxes and how our items are shipped from the US, we only offer delivery to US facing addresses.
